M. Ani Hsieh is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics Department and the Director of the Robotics Program at Drexel University. She received a BS in Engineering and BA in Economics from Swarthmore College in 1999 and her PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.

Katie Jo Sunday is currently attending Drexel University as a PhD candidate in Materials Science and Engineering. She holds a Masters Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University as well. She is a teaching fellow in the College of Engineering at Drexel for introductory engineering freshman courses. She's also a Research Assistant studying magnetic materials for improved efficiency in electromagnetic devices through oxide coated ferrous powders.
